The Logistics Package allows you to secure the transportation phase of your goods through structured coordination of import operations, independent from sourcing and purchasing mandates. Within this framework, VTK Global Supply coordinates your imports with the Client’s freight forwarder or, when applicable, with selected partner forwarders, chosen according to the project scope, Incoterm and destination. This package aims to ensure documentary consistency, smooth communication and logistics follow-up up to the agreed delivery point, without replacing transport or customs operators.

🧩 What the Discovery Pack includes

Step 1 — Logistics scoping & Incoterms definition

Analysis of the project’s logistics parameters:

Selected Incoterm
Agreed delivery point
Product and transport constraints
Identification of the most suitable logistics setup

This step determines whether coordination will be handled:

With the Client’s freight forwarder, or
With a partner freight forwarder coordinated by VTK Global Supply.

Step 2 — Coordination with the freight forwarder (Client or partner)

Depending on the selected setup:

Coordination with the Client’s appointed freight forwarder
Or coordination with a partner freight forwarder, selected based on:
- Product type
- Geographic area
- Mode of transport

Including:

Transmission of shipping instructions
Coordination between supplier, freight forwarder and Client
Monitoring of key logistics milestones

⚠️ Transport services are invoiced directly by the freight forwarder.

Step 3 — Export documentation verification

Verification of consistency across supplier-provided export documents:

Commercial invoice
Packing list
Bill of lading / transport document
Certificate of origin (when applicable)

Step 4 — Logistics follow-up to the agreed delivery point

Tracking of transport information

In line with the structure of other packages, the following services are available as optional add-ons, upon quotation:

Import TCO calculation (total cost: product, transport, customs, taxes, final logistics)
Multi-destination coordination or split deliveries
Support in exceptional situations (delays, blockages, additional documentation requests)

I don’t have a freight forwarder — is that a problem?

No. VTK Global Supply can coordinate your imports with partner freight forwarders tailored to your project.

Are partner freight forwarders mandatory?

No. The Client remains free to approve or decline the proposed service provider.

At what stage does the Logistics Package intervene in a project?

The Logistics Package comes into play once production is completed or during shipment preparation, to secure coordination, export documentation and transport follow-up up to the agreed delivery point.

Can I move forward with operational support afterward?

Yes — this package provides an ideal foundation to move forward with an Annual Mandate or a private label (MDD) project.
